Oconto Lights for the Vets accepting donations Oconto Hospital Auxiliary and the American Legion Post 74 are co-sponsoring the 12th annual Lights for Wausakiu Fur Trade Rendezvous coming to Oconto Wausakiu Fur Trade Rendezvous will be on the grounds of Beyer Home and Carriage Museum, 917 Park Ave. in Oconto on May 12, 13 and 14, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wausakiu Fur Trade Rendezvous is a historically accurate portrayal of a voyageur encampment, Native American camp and fur trading post.

Live demonstrations include tomahawk throwing, traditional cooking, traditional music and black powder demonstrations. This special family event is free. Beyer Home and Carriage House Museum will also be open for tours at a nominal fee. Oconto Woman's Club holding blood drive The GFWC Oconto Woman's Club is sponsoring a blood drive in Oconto on Monday, May 15, noon-5 p.m. at Bond Community Center.

St. Vincent de Paul to hold rummage and bake sale The Oconto Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul will be holding a rummage and bake sale on Friday, May 12, 9 a.m.
